We are authorized to recruit unskilled workers to work in Canada on a two year contract for the supply of workers of the following positions:

NOTE: No qualification is needed. Good Educational background is an advantage.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Accommodation – Provided.

All the positions have the same salary except for the manager, and supervisor positions which are $25 per hour. Age from 20 to 55 years old are eligible to work. No experience or qualification is required, no IELTS or Language proficiency are required but the candidate can at least understand English. Male and female workers are accepted.

  3. Make your Evaluation fee of $75 USD (Non-refundable). ONLY PAY WHEN YOU ARE ASKED TO PLEASE. This will be followed by a release form to proceed with registering your details into the Employers’ pool in order to be made visible and successfully selected.
  4. Interviews will be scheduled by the Employer/Recruitment agency in Canada via Zoom or other virtual means (You will be supported).
  5. Procurement service charge – $1,500 USD (80% Refundable if unsuccessful) in order to facilitate the next stage (6) of this process.
  6. A successful job offer will be followed with an Employment application for LMIA by the Employer. The Canadian Government wants to protect the jobs of their citizens and permanent residents. The most important requirement to become a temporary foreign worker is to have a Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) which is a document which the Canadian Employer must get from the government. The LMIA takes a few months to get, therefore, the procedure must start as early as possible.
  7. VISA PROCESSING: All Canadian work visas require the applicant to first have a job offer from a Canadian company before applying for a work permit.

  • IMM 5409 Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (if applicable)

The supporting documents to apply for a TFWP may include:

  • Your passport which must be valid for more than 6 months after your planned date of entry into Canada;
  • Two photos as per the Photo Requirements;
  • Valid job offer from your employer;
  • Proof of current immigration status (if your country of residence is different from your country of citizenship);
  • Police record certificates;
  • Your resume or CV;
  • Your education diplomas and certificates;
  • Copy of your marriage certificate (if applicable);
  • Copy of children’s birth certificates (if applicable);
  • If you will be working in Quebec, you need a Certificate d’acceptation du Quebec (CAQ);
  • Visa Application fee CAD$155/Applicant
  • Biometrics fee CAD$185/Applicant (From 14yrs old)
  • VISA PACKAGE FEE $4,000 USD – covers Applicant/Family (80% Refundable if unsuccessful).

Any other documents and steps that the Consulate of Canada requires;

  • Complete the medical examination
  • Attend the visa interview.

Work visa issued is 6 months valid with possibility to extend its validity if applicants or family delays traveling to Canada on time after visas have been issued.
